Over a month ago, I ordered a few spring/summer items from Quince. I have been wearing them on repeat, so I wanted to share a little try-on of them.
I already own two of them in other colors (the grey shorts and green cotton button up) and love them so I knew I would get lots of wear out of different colors of the same items.

Look 1: Comfy and On-the-Go
I started with a black tank and comfy gray shorts—both super soft and lightweight (I also own these shorts in black). I threw on a belt bag for hands-free practicality (because mom life), and I’m ready! Minimal effort, maximum comfort.
Next up, I styled a basic tank with a pair of denim shorts and layered a breezy button-down shirt over the top. This outfit works great for cooler mornings that warm up fast. This cotton shirt from Quince feels elevated but easy, and you can tie it around your waist later for a relaxed vibe (I also own it on black).
For something a little more polished, I paired a textured white sweater tank (I also own in taupe) with these rust-colored utility shorts from Quince. The earthy tones give this look a slightly dressed-up feel without sacrificing comfort.
Spring is the perfect season to embrace lighter layers, soft colors, and easy-to-style pieces.

1. Denim & Lime
A fun start with wide-leg lime green pants, a high neck tank, and a my go-to denim button up shirt. Perfect for transitional spring weather and a little pop of color.
This olive sleeveless swing dress (same as the black one above) pairs beautifully with a lightweight scarf and my leather brown crossbody. I added some interest with these stunning embroidered cowboy boots.
A fitted coral tank layered under a neutral cotton button up and paired with casual utility jeans. Great for adding color while keeping things grounded.
This outfit mixes textures and layers: green flowy pants, a ribbed white tank, and a lightweight chambray shirt. Bonus points for the cute crochet bag!
A mini white dress (same one as the olive and black ones above) with an oversized beige cashmere cardigan gives off that cozy-but-cool feel perfect for casual days.

Jeans are a go-to staple for me, but on warm days or when I just want something more breathable and effortless, I like to wear something else. Sometimes denim just feels too restrictive on a hot day, so here are 6 alternatives that I reach for and wear often.

1. Linen pants
Linen pants are a go-to when it’s hot out and I want to wear pants, but I don’t want to wear jeans. They’re breathable, comfy, and cute!
Sweat shorts are great for running errands, hanging with your kiddos, or doing yard work. I own multiple pairs and they’re a go-to warm weather piece for me!
A lightweight dress is a perfect option for a warm day. This one is a gauzy cotton and I love how comfy and flowy it is. You can do a mini, midi, or maxi.
Linen shorts are one of my favorite warm weather pieces. So easy to pair with a graphic tee, tank top, plain tee and feel easy and breezy. I own quite a few different colored pairs and wear them often.
A maxi skirt is one of my favorite hacks for feeling comfy and also looking cute. You can pair a maxi skirt with so many kinds of tops, so it’s super versatile.
Denim is everywhere this season! I always love a good pair of jeans, but adding denim in other cute ways like a button up, a tank top, and a dress has been so fun.
This little denim dress has the cutest little shift dress shape and is sooo easy to style. I can’t wait to wear it even more ways and I know it’ll be so cute for fall too!
Here are four ways I’ve styled it.

Outfit 1: Western Chic
Cowboy boots and a bright green bandana make this denim dress so adorable and fun! The playful pop of color at the neck is my favorite part.
A light cotton button up shirt softens the denim’s structure, giving it a cozy, layered look. This is great for a cooler summer day or to keep the sun off your shoulders.
Add sneakers and a khaki belt bag for a functional look. This outfit works great for exploring new cities, long walks, or busy days while staying cute and comfortable.
