Petite Friendly Sweaters & Cardigans

I had a follower reach out looking for sweater & cardigans that are petite friendly.
I was able to find some great options from Old Navy, Asos, and J. Crew Factory! These are are all stores that have petite options & I love that, especially when it comes to clothing that can be overwhelming on a petite frame, like sweaters & cardigans.

Clothing That Makes a Difference

I am partnering with a company called Savelands that has an awesome mission: for every item they sell, they plant 12 trees! They have already planted over 1.5 million trees and counting. It is such a great mission & I am so excited to get to bring some awareness to it.

They also have the CUTEST graphic tees, sweatshirts, jackets, masks and crewnecks, so supporting the planting of trees can be fashionable too!

Here is the link to the crewneck I’m wearing! I’ll add the other items I’m wearing to the bottom of this post.

Simple Earrings That Make a Statement

I recently teamed up with Confetti Cat Co. to do a giveaway of two sets of her stunning, handmade, clay earrings. The giveaway goes until Monday September 7th, so go enter on my instagram if you haven’t already!

Amy is the owner of Confetti Cat Co. & just launched her online shop in August. Her newest collection, Starry Nights is my absolute favorite! She’s got moons & stars, studs, dangles, fun shapes & beautiful gold flecks.
The earrings in this collection range from $6-$16. The two pairs I picked were $16 each and Amy was kind enough to give me a code for you guys for 10% off: marissa10

These are the two sets I chose from that collection:

How gorgeous are these earrings?! They top off your outfit with such a fun statement!
I especially LOVE the gold flecks. Gives them a fun boho vibe & makes them match so well with my gold jewelry!

1 Chunky Knit Cardigan Styled 3 Ways

I know, I know, it’s only the first day of September and I’m already talking about cardigans, fall & boots, BUT I live in northern NY, and it’s felt like fall here for over a week now. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure we’ll have another warm-up and I’ll be back in a swimsuit by next week, but if it feels like fall, I am DRESSING FOR FALL. Because honestly, fall is the best season to dress for (in my opinion ;)) and it doesn’t last long enough!

The cardigan I am styling is an oversized bobble sleeve cardigan from chicwish. I am wearing the xs/small and it fits large, but it is so cozy and well-made. It’s a heavy knit & is perfect for fall and winter if you live in a cold climate like I do!

All the links for my outfits will be at the bottom of this post.

I paired the cardigan with this boho blouse I recently got at target. I am obsessed with this blouse & will be wearing it constantly. I’m wearing my Just Black denim from my latest FlipFit box (more on that in my instagram highlights under Flipfit, if you’re interested!) and they are so good. I haven’t been able to find a link for them, but I will link a similar Target pair. My mules are also old, but I’m linking a great pair on sale for $30 from Nordstrom Rack.

Spoiler alert: this is my favorite outfit of this styling session. I love a dress with a cardigan and booties. I also love pairing black with brown to give it a warm feel! So cozy. Dress is old from Old Navy, but it’s such a classic Old Navy silhouette and I was able to find a similar one to link! Sock boots are also old, but I linked similar since they are everywhere right now too.

Final look is skinny jeans, perforated booties, and a gray tank with a lace neckline detail. I don’t wear skinny jeans that often right now (I find straight leg more comfortable) but I DO love skinnies with a chunky cardigan so I had to style this outfit!

Tell me your favorite outfit in the comments or over on my Instagram!
