Mid-August Outfits

August has already been a whirlwind! Lots of family outings, a date night, church, a night at the fair, play dates, swimming, and a flooded basement (🙃😑).

Here are my outfits from the last week or so! Enjoy!

This tank is part of a 4-piece set from Amazon. Love the color and stretchy material!

I’ve loved throwing on this little lime green cropped hoodie—it also comes in grey and I feel like I need it.. but I already have a grey hoodie, so I’ll probably refrain😉

My dress is older, but I linked similar. Love a ditsy floral slip dress—so easy to style in all seasons!

Just a basic jeans and tee outfit—I love this $8 tee and also own it in white!

I wore this out on an anniversary date with my husband —I love this dress and also own it in white! I’m wearing size small here but have the white in medium and prefer the length on that.

This is the outfit I wore to the fair—it was actually quite chilly out so the lightweight button up was necessary!

Our basement flooded and we spent a whole weekend cleaning it out—this is what I put on after a full day of working on it. Just wanted to be cozy!

Love a linen pant outfit and these 100% cotton ones are cute!

These shorts are sold out so I linked similar. Otherwise, this outfit is super casual but love the green on green!

Not Perfect Linen Try-On

The brand Not Perfect Linen so kindly sent me over some beautiful pieces! They are family-run brand and strive to produce their products as sustainably and as ethically as possible. All of their pieces are high quality and just really stunning!

If you prefer video content, watch the reel HERE.

I picked the colors and styles and was able to customize them as well! Here are some pictures, details, and links.

Dress 1 is their VOLUME oversized linen dress in moss green & I’m in loveee with the color! I customized it to have the waistline raised, the volume reduced, and my pit to pit customized to my measurements.

Dress 2 is their MYSTIC linen dress in creamy brown. I find it’s a beautiful rosey pink color. I customized it to have the waistline raised and my pit to pit customized to my measurements.

Dress 3 is their VALLEY front brass snaps linen dress in toast. I customized it to have the waistline raised (so I only have 2 buttons instead of 3) and my pit to put customized to my measurements.

Cupshe Swimsuit & Vacation Try-On

I have a little vacation try-on to share from Cupshe. I’ve loved Cupshe swimsuits for years and have bought a lot of my own Cupshe swimsuits! They usually fit really well and are really great quality for the price.

As far as clothing goes, I chose pieces for this little capsule that were flowy, beachy, and breathable. Those are my favorite type of items to bring on vacation!

All of the items can be found HERE. Use Marissa15 for 15% off sitewide on orders $65+

Each cupshe swimsuit is size small & all clothing items are size xs (except for the flower tank which is a medium, but small would work too!)🫶🏽 I am 5’1” & just over 100lbs for reference!

I am in LOVE with this red bikini! It is so flattering and comfy and I love how it fits.

This crochet cardigan is great as a coverup, but it will also look super cute over a dress, and with denim shorts or jeans!

This mineral wash bikini is so cute! I love the top especially. The bottoms were slightly big on me on the back (I should have gotten xs instead of small).

I love these cotton pants! They have a tapered leg and they’re so comfy and flowy. I paired them with the swimsuit up above (great coverup option!) and then with this adorable textured flower tank! I own it in other colors as well!

Next up is these cotton shorts—again they make a great coverup (as you can see below!) but are equally as cute with this adorable tank.

Orange is one of my favorite colors so I loveeee this orange floral swimsuit! Again, these bottoms were slightly big in the back and I should have sized down to an xs (I am wearing small).

Finally, I have this cotton maxi dress to share. I LOVE the green color, that it’s cotton, and that it has adjustable straps and pockets!
